After reviewing the eight proposed working groups, we have decided to merge the groups on Quality Control & Verification, Biological Recording Online and Improving Biological Data Flows.
This decision was taken as it became apparent that they are interlinked and it is difficult to fully discuss and agree on proposals for one in isolation. We will be contacting potential members, setting up terms of reference and objectives for the new merged groups in early August. There will be a report on progress, linked to workshops on the issues, at the NBN Conference in November.
