We are delighted to announce that 28 individuals and organisations have been shortlisted as finalists in the NBN Awards for Wildlife Recording 2025! The winners will be announced on Thursday 20 November, at the NBN Conference in Bristol.
We were pleased to receive 45 nominations across all seven Award categories and the calibre of all the nominations was of a very high standard:
- NBN Lifetime Achievement Award
- NBN Verifier’s Award
- NBN Award for Terrestrial Wildlife Recording
- NBN Award for Marine Wildlife Recording
- NBN Group Award
- NBN Newcomer Award
- NBN Young Person’s Award (open to individuals aged 11-20)
Thank you to everyone who took the time to nominate these incredible individuals and wildlife groups for the various NBN Awards – without you, we’d have no Awards. We’d also like to say a big thank you to our Award Sponsors – whose support is appreciated immensely.
