Survey to map citizen science activities in Europe

A survey to map citizen science activities currently taking place across Europe is now being carried out.

This will help inform the development of citizen science indicators, to provide a first evidence base for the development of the Open Science Monitor of the European Commission, and is a follow-up to the successful First International ECSA conference,

The survey is especially designed for citizen science project coordinators as well as organisations funding citizen science. It is being carried out within the context of a research project that has received funding from the European Commission and aims to monitor Open Science trends in Europe and to set up an Open Science Monitor. The results will be distributed among all participants, if indicated, and may possibly be displayed on European Commission websites at a later stage.

Take part in the survey

The deadline for completing the survey is 7th November.

For all queries please contact Lisa Garbe

Please note that you can only fill in the survey once (for one project), so if you are involved with multiple projects it might be worth communicating with colleagues to ensure all relevant projects are included.
