James McCulloch was the winner of the first ever Gilbert White youth award, part of the UK Awards for Biological Recording and Information Sharing, as announced on Thursday 19 November 2015.
James impressed the Awards committee with his commitment to recording, his knowledge across taxonomic groups and the sharing of his passion for nature to others. You can read more about the Awards here.
