We wanted to share some news about an upcoming leadership transition happening here at the Trust.
After four fantastic years with us, Lisa Chilton is moving on to a new challenge in the rewilding space with Scotland: The Big Picture. While we’re definitely sad to see her go, we’re incredibly grateful for all she’s contributed during her time as CEO and are excited to see what she accomplishes next!
So what’s next for us? We’re actively recruiting for our new CEO, looking for someone who shares our vision and can help us continue to grow and evolve. The search is underway, and we’re committed to finding the right person to lead our next chapter.
In the meantime, we’re thrilled to announce that Mel Hardie, our Biodiversity Data Manager, will be stepping up as Interim CEO. Mel’s expertise and deep understanding of our work makes her the perfect person to guide us through this transition period. Rest assured that it’s business as usual – our commitment to our mission and to you, our valued partners, remains unchanged.
