This document summarises all aspects of a technical and user review that was undertaken by the NBN Trust to determine if the NBN Gateway is fit for purpose. That review was carried out between July and December 2014 and had three main components:

2. Critical review of the NBN Gateway by consultants
3. NBN Gateway Needs Analysis workshops
