Core Work Responsibilities

• Day-to-delivery of the Trust’s HR, EDI and Wellbeing functions
• Supporting and advising team members on HR, EDI and Wellbeing matters
• Identifying and implementing changes that improve efficiency and transparency
• Contributing to the NBN Trust being a great place to work.

About Catherine

I’ve got a wide range of experience across the charity and higher education sectors, most recently for the Rivers Trust. I’m a Chartered Member of the CIPD, a former trustee and mentor, and a founding member of a number of HR and EDI networks.

I give advice to organisations and the people who work for them to help them reach their ambitions. I’m delighted to be working for a charity which puts people at the forefront of its work, and which makes such an important contribution to the environment.

I’m from London but live in a beautiful part of Yorkshire with my kids and our beloved cat. I love yoga, vegetarian cooking, all things Japanese and Irish, long walks and am a reluctant learner of DIY.
