“Forestry England’s aspirations for utilising eDNA and metabarcoding”

Abstract: Monitoring biodiversity across 250,000 hectares of the nation’s forests is tricky. The talk will focus on some pilot studies using eDNA, and wider potential applications.

Andrew is Head of Environment for Forestry England. For over 100 years, Forestry England has been growing, shaping and caring for over 1,500 of our nation’s forests for the benefit and enjoyment of all.
