The team has pulled together the top five things to do in your Nature Park during the autumn season. From mapping your habitats to creating a vision statement, it’s time to get planning and started with your Nature Park journey through curriculum-linked activities.
Webinar: Nature Park autumn term round-up
The Nature Park’s end of term webinar is coming up on Wednesday 4 December. The Nature Park team will talk through key highlights from the autumn term, and we’ll hear from some of the schools who’ve been getting stuck in.

Schools reveal hidden nature across the country
Hidden Nature Week took place 14-20 October, with schools from all corners of England taking part and revealing more than 4,300 signs of hidden nature in their outdoor spaces! Read what they got up to, explore the map and have a go yourself.
New citizenship resources from the Information Commissioner’s Office
The Education park team has teamed up with the Information Commissioner’s Office on its latest citizenship resources. They teach KS2, KS3 and KS4 learners about their rights to access public information, and how this information can be used to engage with and make a difference to nature and your local environment.
Launch of the Nature Park Schools Forum
The Nature Park Schools Forum recently launched, bringing together pupils from across England to give their thoughts and help shape the Nature Park programme. They met for the first time this October, and will continue to meet over the next few months.
