TWIC Autumn Conference: Climate Change & Biodiversity

TWIC’s (The Wildlife Information Centre’s) Autumn Conference will be held online for the first time this year on Saturday 19 December 2020, 10:00 – 13:00. The theme will be ‘Climate Change and Biodiversity’.

Join TWIC for a series of talks exploring how climate change is impacting the biodiversity in SE/central Scotland and the ways in which we can adapt / mitigate those effects using nature-based solutions and informed by biodiversity data. Note that the talks programme is currently being finalised and may be subject to change. Keep an eye on the Eventbrite booking page for updates.

The event will also host the presentation of the 2020 Bob Saville Award for biological recording.

Location: This event will be hosted on Zoom and joining instructions will be issued the day before the event.

Cost: Choose either the FREE ticket type or the donation ticket type (minimum donation £1). Donations to TWIC will support our work in organising biological recording training workshops and events.
