2024 is the Mammal Society’s 70th Anniversary, and members and supporters of the society past, present and future will gather in Cambridge in April for its Annual Conference – a chance to look back at seven decades of mammal science and conservation, and look forward to the challenges and opportunities of the next 70 years.
The conference will be a weekend of inspiring presentations of new research and project case studies, with practical demonstrations, opportunities for networking, an exhibition of photos from the Mammal Photographer of the Year 2024, plus a marketplace of stalls from relevant companies and organisations.
At the conference, a range of prizes are awarded by the Mammal Society for achievement and dedication to mammal conservation, and the Mammal Photographer of the Year is crowned.
