Putting Collections to Work

Having spent many years doing the hard work of recording collections data, much of this information is underused and often isn’t working as hard as it could. This year’s conference explores how collections data can be put to work in new and interesting ways.

Early bird conference tickets are now available for purchase.

An individual ticket costs just £31.50 and a team ticket for three or more people is only £72.00. These are limited in availability and are expected to sell quickly, so do grab your tickets at these early bird prices whilst you can.

100 free inclusive places are also on offer. These are available on a strictly first-come-first-served basis to individuals who are UK based and are currently unwaged or underrepresented in the museum workforce.

The conference programme (details coming soon) will offer a mix of presentations, case studies and discussions. The line-up of speakers will consider a range of topics, including the role of AI in making use of collections data, how collections data can be put to work in the context of rethinking cataloguingand how the Museum Data Service will be a game changer for the sector.
