Invertebrates: Think Small to see the Bigger Picture
Summary
Despite being the largest and most diverse group of organisms on the planet, invertebrates often get a bad press and are frequently overlooked when considering big decisions about planning and biodiversity. There is increased public and political awareness of the climate emergency and biodiversity crisis, but many would say we are not going far enough, or fast enough. It’s important to instil a sense of urgency but, at the same time, provide hope and solutions to the many problems we face.
