Are you…
– at a crossroads in your professional career?
– facing difficult challenges that may require you to learn new skills?
– frustrated by not having enough time for your science?
– having to influence others over whom you have little authority?

The Challenge of Science Leadership training course may be for you. It has been custom made for scientists, academics and professionals working in the environment and sustainability sectors. We will provide you with an integrated leadership tool kit for use on your own ideas and material during the course. The tools can be put to work immediately after the course has finished. Course participants have told us that they have really valued the time to think. They have realised greater clarity about their work and career. In follow up calls, we also hear how they feel more in control and have greater confidence about what they can achieve.

The next course is at The Marine Station, Plymouth University, Artillery Place, Coxside, Plymouth, Devon PL4 0LU between January 3rd to 5th 2018

CSL Training Course numbers are limited to 20 participants
