Bushy Park is home to a network of ponds and streams supporting a wide range of species from insect larvae to amphibians. This course will provide an introduction to freshwater pond habitats with a focus on sampling and identifying freshwater invertebrates in the field. This will be a practical course with ample opportunity to sample and identify specimens from several different ponds.
