The idea of a Garden BioBlitz began when a group of wildlife experts and enthusiasts met on Twitter and decided it would be fun to record the wildlife in their gardens.
They then took it a step further and set up a trial event in 2012 when they asked other nature lovers to BioBlitz their gardens as well!
It was so successful that in 2013 it's going national, in June. Why not join them?
