Jamie Robins will be giving a talk on:

“Important Invertebrate Areas- Putting Bugs on the Map”

Abstract: Important Invertebrate Areas support nationally or internationally significant invertebrate populations and their habitats, making complex information understandable, useable, and readily accessible to help improve decision-making.

Jamie is Programmes Manager at Buglife, the only organisation in Europe devoted to the conservation of all invertebrates – everything from bees to beetles and worms to woodlice. Jamie oversees Buglife’s conservation programmes, supporting Important Invertebrate Areas, the uptake of B-Lines to restore habitat connectivity, species recovery, and planning casework and policy.
