Emma Squire – NBN Conference 2025
Emma Squire and Devmini Bandara will be giving a talk on:
“iNaturalistUK User Survey and Observation Records”
Abstract: This talk explores iNaturalistUK through 4.8M records and 2,600 survey responses, highlighting spatial distribution and patterns in species records, user distribution, their profiles, and motivations.
Emma Squire is a PhD student in RENEW’s Individual Actors Theme, with an MSc in Environment and Human Health and experience in Environmental Education, exploring human–nature relationships.
Funded by the UKRI Natural Environment Research Council (NERC), RENEW is a collaboration between the University of Exeter and the National Trust to develop solutions to one of the major environmental challenges for humankind: the renewal of biodiversity.
