Habitat Regulations Assessment (HRA) with IEEM

The following IEEM training seminars are taking place in the New Year between January and March 2013.  Please see individual course dates below and they are also highlighted on the events calendar.

The third National Moth Recorders’ Meeting will be held on January 26th 2013 at the Birmingham and Midland Institute, central Birmingham.

CEDaR (Centre for Environmental Data and Recording) and Butterfly Conservation Northern Ireland will be visiting a number of locations to help collect your species records, advise on recording methods, including online recording, and demonstrate the Recorder 6 software.

Annual forum which aims to introduce the work of Hampshire Biodiversity Information Centre and its partner organisations.

The International Day for Biological Diversity (IDB), takes place every year on 22 May.  The theme for 2013 is Water and Biodiversity.

Climate Week 2013, takes place from 4 – 10 March.

“The history and future of British rivers and waterways – Analysis and vision”

A joint meeting by the Linnean Society of London, the Freshwater Biological Association, and the University of Southampton.

This seminar will explore the benefits of integrating planning, site management and monitoring as a means to maintain and even raise the quality of site management.

NERC would like to invite the environmental science community and its stakeholders to participate in a community event on 20 November 2012.
