When applying for jobs with the NBN Trust, we ask, where possible, for applicants to complete and return the EDI Recruitment Questionnaire.  This is not mandatory, but helps ensure we can gather information across a range of questions such as ethnicity, religion, working background, etc. to monitor the diversity of applicants.

We believe that broader involvement leads to better evidence and better outcomes for nature, so we welcome applications from all communities, backgrounds and personal situations. Our workforce does not currently reflect the population particularly in terms of race and ethnicity.
