National Biodiversity Network Trust Annual General Meeting 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a general meeting of the above-named Charity will take place on Thursday 19 November from 12:45 until 13:00 at the Royal Armouries Museum, Leeds.

As this will be taking place at the annual NBN Conference, any conference delegates (including non-members) are able to join this meeting.

  2. Chairperson’s Report
  3. Finance and Audit Committee Chairperson’s Report 
  4. Close of meeting at 13:00

Resolutions

Business presented by Trustees. The members of the Charity are invited to consider and, if thought fit, pass the following resolutions:

Voting

Members eligible to vote can do so in advance. All members have been sent a link to the voting form. 

Please submit the voting form by 9.00am on Wednesday 11 November 2026.
Please note we are unable to accept postal forms. Only member’s votes will be counted.

If you wish to attend only the AGM in person please email support@nbn.org.uk by 9.00am on Monday 9 November. Attending only the AGM will not enable access to the NBN Conference.
