The National Biodiversity Network Trust’s Annual General Meeting is to be held on Wednesday 24 November between 12:45 to 13:00 online.

The AGM will be held during the NBN Conference and all delegates, members and non members are welcome to attend. Only eligible members are entitled to vote. Member organisations are entitled to one vote.

  6. Appointment of accountants – The Board of Trustees recommend the reappointment of Rogers Spencer, Chartered Accountants, Nottingham.

Voting

The only voting will be on the Appointment of the Accountants.

Members eligible to vote must do so in advance. All members have been sent a link to the voting form. Alternatively please use this link to the voting form.

Please submit the voting form by 5.00pm Monday 22 November 2021.

Please note we are unable to accept postal forms this year. Only member’s votes will be counted.

Am I eligible to vote?

Please check the list of members to see if you or your organisation is listed. It is not a complete list as some members have chosen not to be included so please email support@nbn.org.uk and we will be happy to confirm if you or your organisation are a member.

The following are not eligible to vote

  • Corporate Members
  • Trustees
  • Chairman of the Charity

Our organisation is a member and will be attending the AGM online. Can we vote on the day?

No. Due to the technology and limited time it will not be possible to ask for votes on the day and be able to determine votes submitted by members, non-members or even duplicates.

I am not a member but want to vote. How do I join?

Thank you for your support! Please visit the Joining Page and fill out the online form. This will need to be submitted along with the appropriate membership fee by Wednesday 10 November 2021 so that we can complete the set up process in time.

I am not attending the NBN Conference but would like to view the AGM. How do I do this?

Members and non-members are welcome to attend the online AGM. To do so it will be necessary to advise us in advance as the AGM takes place during the NBN Conference which is being hosted by the Open University (OU). The OU will need to register your email and send you a link.
