Floodplain Meadows for the Future Conference

Location:
The National Railway Museum, York
Starts:
Tuesday 9 May 2017, 10:00
Ends:
Wednesday 10 May 2017, 16:00

This conference is now open for registration.

This will be an excellent opportunity to network with others involved in floodplain meadow management and restoration, and find out the latest thinking from researchers and policy advisors. Some of our FMP Ambassadors will be on hand to talk to, and we will visit two different river systems to look at floodplain meadows and the issues faced there by managers and owners. Hosted in the National Railway Museum, there will also be an opportunity to view some of the engines and enjoy a locally produced conference dinner in the museum’s ‘great hall’.
